Descriptors
mildoilyfloralsweet

A rich, creamy floral aroma reminiscent of jasmine and cocoa butter, with a sweet, powdery-balsamic warmth. Known commercially as Amyl Cinnamic Aldehyde methoxy variant (related to Amylcinnamic aldehyde family), it has a soft, waxy floral character with subtle anisic-sweet nuances that persist into a warm, mildly spicy drydown.AI · claude-opus-4-7

Uses in perfumery

Production

Produced from para-Anisaldehyde plus Heptaldehyde by condensation using a Pyridine type catalyst.
