A juicy green-fruity ester with a distinctive pear-skin and unripe apple character, edged with a waxy, slightly fatty green nuance. Diffusive and natural-smelling, it bridges fresh fruit and leafy greenness rather than sitting in a candy-sweet register.AI · claude-opus-4-7

Produced by direct esterification of 2-Decenoic acid with Methanol, preferably using azeotropic conditions.
