Methyl nonyl carbinyl acetate (2-dodecyl acetate) has a fresh fruity-floral character with pronounced citrus and orange-blossom facets. It carries a soft waxy-green undertone reminiscent of unripe pear and mandarin peel, with a mildly aldehydic lift. Clean and slightly sweet without being sugary.AI · claude-opus-4-7
