Propargyl alcohol has a sharp, pungent, geranium-like odor with a somewhat mustard-like, irritating character. It is aggressive and chemical in isolation, not a typical perfumery material — it is more commonly known as an industrial solvent/intermediate than a fragrance ingredient.AI · claude-opus-4-7
